Sunday, January 28, the Chocorua Community Association will host it’s third annual Light The Night celebration in Chocorua Village. The celebration begins at 4:00 pm with an open house at the Farmstand B&B, then at 5:00 pm we honor this year's Christmas trees and send them off in a blaze of glory in a spectacular bonfire in the park next to the Chocorua dam, followed by a pot luck dinner at 6:00 pm in Runnells Hall, featuring dishes to feed the mind and souls. Music, merriment and cheer to welcome the still young New Year! 

All happening right next to the Chocorua River Dam Park, at the Routes 16 and 113 intersection. Accepting donations of your loved but aging and free of decoration Christmas trees in the park through the day of the event. Look for signs on Rt. 16 near the dam for the drop off area.
